Description

Submitting JUnit tests that support patches for AXIS2-4071, AXIS2-4091 and AXIS2-4086.

Note: These JUnit tests depends on a enhancement made to the 'org.apache.axis2.AbstractTestCase' class submitted as part of the patch for AXIS2-4082 (So AXIS2-4082's patch must be committed first).
