Hi!
I have experienced some problems with this tool. What I have done is to follow the steps given in the following link http://www.nabble.com/Error-while-using-Axis2-Code-Generator-Plugin-for-Eclipse-td17147595.html , specially the last one which says how to open Eclipse to make it works:
It works for me now 
I switched to Java 6 but that didn't fix it
alone. Also had to clear osgi cache by adding -clean to my eclipse
startup :
C:\Eclipse3311\eclipse\eclipse.exe -vm "c:\Program
Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\java.exe" -clean -console -consoleLog -debug
-vmargs -Xmx384M
In LInux it would be something like this:
~/Desktop/Eclipse/eclipse$ ./eclipse -vm /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.03/jre/bin -clean -console -consoleLog -debug -vmargs -Xmx384M
