correct URL : http://localhost:8088/ws/services/plansRead  -returns correct result

edited URL : http://localhost:8084/ws/services/plansRead1233 -returns 

<faultstring> org.xml.sax.SAXException: Invalid element in com.xyz.ws.beans.v3.userinterfaceIn - code</faultstring>

and showing userinterface command inputs are wrong.

Expected result: URL doesnot exists or a proper error should be shown to user.
