Description

I made the following changes to the .NET implementation

• make AvroGen class extensible to allow for custom enhancements to code generation
• changed SpecificRecord class to ISpecificRecord interface to allow for multiple inheritance for generated classes
• fixed a bug on mangling of reserved keywords
• made ObjectCreator class extensible
• fixed bug on duplicate field names
