Description

Our builds started failing when Yetus no longer considered one of the releases we were using "current" (~~AVRO-2550~~). To avoid this in the future, Sean Busbey suggested that we use a script like this one from the HBase project which falls back to archive.a.o when it can't find a release via the mirroring system.
