    Description

      In the Java implementation of Avro, there exists logic for forming the full name of a named schema (see http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/hadoop/avro/trunk/src/java/org/apache/avro/Schema.java?view=markup). We should document this procedure, and add some unit tests to ensure correct behavior across languages.
