Description

To fix AVRO-1691 we need to update to a newer version of Jansson. However, rather than updating the version of Jansson that is bundled with Avro-C, this would be a good time to switch to a dynamically linked version. As edenhill pointed out, libjansson is widely available in distributions nowadays.
