Description

Issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-975 is listed as fixed for 1.7.6 - however, the Avro.ipc.dll is not included in the downloadable version of the 1.7.6 zip build.

Please include the full set of csharp libraries in the release package.
