[AURORA-949] TRequestsTransport does not raise an exception on 5xx or 4xx responses

Description

The TRequestsTransport used by the client silently accepts 5xx responses. Instead it should raise an exception so the request can be retried and the response body can be discarded since it may not be valid JSON.
