[AURORA-924] Improve cron error messages

Description

A message like "No cron template found for..." could be confusing on the client as it may be misinterpreted as coming from the .aurora config rather than from a server. Standardize all CronJobManagerImpl messages to use something like "cron job" when referring to a non-existent cron template.
