Description

Task Lifecycle documentation page feature a state diagram in the form of an image that needs to be updated. We no longer seem to own the source from which the diagram has been generated.

• Recreate task lifecycle state diagram (preferably using an online diagraming tool) and its new source to the project.
• Update diagram and add missing states (DRAINING and THROTTLED) and transitions.
• Remove caption "Please note, a couple of task states described below are missing from this state diagram."
