Minor Description
When running our top-level build script (./build-support/jenkins/build.sh), style check results are reported for python files. This output is too verbose, as it reports SUCCESS for all files that pass style check. Change this output to only report errors.
In particular, this will make for more direct build result messages from build bot. A counter-example is the current state, as seen in https://reviews.apache.org/r/36392/
