Description

Update Aurora dependencies to the newly-released version of mesos. This means

1. Update Java dependencies in build.gradle
2. Update Python dependencies src/main/python/apache/aurora/BUILD.thirdparty
3. Update vagrant provisioner scripts to use new version everywhere
4. Update documentation mentioning mesos version (if any).
