[ATLAS-4201] UI: Add attributes modal api hits when no attributes are added on Classification detail page.

Description

Steps:

1) Add attributes by clicking on the attribute + button on the classification detail page.
Add Attribute modal opens with default 1 attribute field, "Add" button of the modal is disabled.

2) Click on the "Add New Attributes" button.
Additional attribute field is added, with remove attribute field buttons.

3) Remove all the attributes fields by clicking on the remove buttons.

4) Add button gets enable (should be disabled), refer to the attached image.

5) Click on Add button, API is hit, an Attribute added success message is shown, refer to the attached image.

Expectation:

Show Validation message on "Add" Button click of the modal: "No attribute is added" or Disable the "Add" Button of modal or At least keep one Attribute field in the modal.
