Description

Actual Behaviour - While deleting parent tag if the tag is not associated with any entity shows this message :: "Failed to delete classification 'parent_abc'. Given type {0} has reference."

Expected Result - There should be value instead of {0}

Steps to generate

1. Create tag with sub classification.
2. Don't associate the created parent tag with any of the entity
3. Try to delete the parent tag
4. Shows validation message with some encrypted value
