Description

While building the docker container from the master branch:

Cloning into 'atlas'...
fatal: repository 'http://git.apache.org/atlas.git/' not found

Changing to https://github.com/apache/atlas.git allows the build to continue.

Further on during build will encounter error:

• • MAVEN VERSION ERROR ** Maven 3.5.0 or above is required. See https://maven.apache.org/install.html

Changing base image to Ubuntu 18.04 gets newer Maven version.
