[ATLAS-2318] UI : Clicking on child tag twice , parent tag is selected

Description

1.Created tags super_tag and child_tag with supertag as super_tag.
2.Navigated to child_tag in Tree structure.
3.Clicked on child_tag. The child_tag was selected.
4.Clicked on child_tag again. Now its parent tag (super_tag) was selected.
5.Now any operation performed on super_tag is applied to child_tag (like deleting tag) which is confusing.
6. But if super_tag is selected , operations are applied to super_tag only.
