[ATLAS-1626] Atlas startup fails due to incorrect type data from previous version

Description

Previous version of Atlas has attribute hive_storagedesc.serdeInfo incorrectly marked as 'isContained=true' - since serdeInfo is not an entity-type. Atlas server fails to startup due to this error, while building the type-registry.

Atlas server should be resilient to such incorrect type information from earlier versions.
