    Description

      Right now if the cluster doesn't have all nodes joined to run a query, we simply return an error saying the cluster state is UNUSABLE. This isn't the friendiest way of conveying this information and more details about which nodes haven't joined yet could be propagated back to the user instead of having it in the logs.
