Description
Currently, we don't have a very intuitive method for the users who only have access to webUI to know: whether the feed is working properly; how many records got accepted/rejected by feed parser; etc.
To enable better user experience on the feed part, we could provide a REST API to show the current status of all running feeds. So users would know whether the feeds are running properly and whether they have the proper datatypes.
