Description

Currently the NC2NC messaging port, address are not able to be configured for clusters using the NCService.

Ini properties need to be defined for the following:

-messaging-ip-address: IP Address to bind messaging listener (default: same as -address)
-messaging-port: IP port to bind messaging listener (default: random port)
-messaging-public-ip-address: Public IP Address to announce messaging listener (default: same as -messaging-ip-address)
-messaging-public-port: Public IP port to announce messaging listener
