Description

PostgresSequentialSequentialFileDriver has a NPE.
Default constructor doesn't fill sqlProvider field and it is ok, but org.apache.activemq.artemis.jdbc.store.file.JDBCFileUtils#getDBFileDriver doesn't set sqlProvider field in case of PostgreSQL and this leads to a NPE at org.apache.activemq.artemis.jdbc.store.file.JDBCSequentialFileFactoryDriver#createSchema
