Description

Removing Address Model migration tool.

 

The migration tool was meant to migrate address model from 1.x artemis into 2.x.

 

2.x has been released for 4 years now, and the module have its lifecycle done at this point.

 

 

It can go now, users needing to migrate can migrate at an earlier version still first.. or migrate the model manually..

 

To be fair most users I have seen migrating from 1.x have done the migration manually anyways. (perhaps the tool would help them with some conversions, but they still need to consolidate the new configuration anyways.
