[ARTEMIS-279] Incorrect name of the artemis service

Description

Installed Artemis service in Windows has an incorrect name "armetis-server-0.0.0.0"; should be probably "artemis-server-0.0.0.0".

Steps for reproduce:
1. Unzip the apache-artemis.zip package.
2. Set up JAVA_HOME environment variable
3. Create a broker instance: "bin\artemis.cmd create server"
4. Go to the server directory.
5. Install artemis as a service: "bin\artemis-service.exe install"
6. Open the "Services" console, display "ActiveMQ Artemis:server@0.0.0.0" properties and check the "Service name"
