Test Data dir bening created outside the target dir in artemis-server

    Description

      The tests in artemis-server (possibly others) creates a data dir outside the target dir which then excludes it from being cleaned by mvn clean and as such can result in the test data being packaged up in releases etc which shouldn't be happening.  The tests should ideally not be doing this, or if they must the clean plugin should be configured to remove that dir.
