Description

Statistics are not actually supported in rust implementation of parquet. See https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/3e3712a14a3242d70145fb9d3d6f0f4b8c374e68/rust/parquet/src/column/writer.rs#L522 or similar lines in this file, or writer.rs.
