Description

I'm unable to install Pyarrow running 64-bit python version 3.8 on 64-bit Windows.

I get the following error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cmake'
error: command 'C:\\Users\\*****\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\Python\\Python38\\Scripts
cmake.exe' failed with exit status 1

Pandas/Numpy are already installed.
