Description

I will have a patch for this soon.

To reproduce the bug do the following:

1. Start plasma store
2. Create client 1 and have it call get(object_id)
3. Kill client 1
4. Create client 2 and have it kill create an object with ID object_id

This will cause the plasma store to crash.
