Description

• Clarify where the --add-opens flag should be added (as an argument to java)
• Demonstrate how to configure Surefire with it
• Demonstrate how to configure IntelliJ with it
• Catch the exception that results if you forget and rethrow it with a message telling you what to do/what docs to visit
• Investigate MemoryHandles as a possible replacement for this
• Poke MemoryUtil.UNSAFE ASAP at startup (e.g. in RootAllocator) to fail sooner
