Description

It would be nice if the nightly e-mail subject would include the number of failed builds.
So for example instead of:

[NIGHTLY] Arrow Build Report for Job nightly-tests-2022-04-19-0

have:

[NIGHTLY] Arrow Build Report for nightly-tests-2022-04-19-0: 3 failed, 0 pending
