Description

The wheel-manylinux2014-cp37-amd64 https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/runs/5342884580?check_suite_focus=true nightly build is failing because of an error in test_array_to_pandas_types_mapper.

The test build is using pandas 1.0.5, but the test uses pd.Float64Dtype, which is only introduced in a more recent version of Pandas.
