Description

I would add two comments for the article on Writing bindings :

• in Step -1 I suggest to add that  compare_dplyr_binding() and compare_dplyr_error() can be found in arrow/r/tests/testthat/helper-expectation.R
• Due to ARROW-15010 Step 3b should be corrected nse_funcs$startsWith ...
