Description

First occured in during the source verification (see https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/10768):

• https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/runs/3125201108?check_suite_focus=true
  Had to bump the go version from 1.14 to 1.15 in the verification scripts.

Now it has occured on the master branch as well with a different error:

  Seemingly nothing relevant has changed since the last successful integration test build.

Go was present in all errors either as a producer or a consumer.
