Description

Proposed updates:

• Split supported formats into bullet points
• More subheadings (e.g. "retrieving data from S3")
• Change from "we" to "you" to empower the reader
• Remove backticks around "arrow" and "dplyr"
• Bullet points in "more dataset options" section to make more skimmable
• More subheadings into "writing datasets" section
