Description

In https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/crossbow.html , there are many references to running crossbow.py. These should be updated to showcase archery crossbow instead.

Also, it would be nice to mention that you can submit jobs from Github PR comments using @github-actions crossbow submit ...
