They are taking over an hour to install & build.

 

This command...

conda build /drone/src/arrow/dev/tasks/conda-recipes/arrow-cpp /drone/src/arrow/dev/tasks/conda-recipes/parquet-cpp -m /drone/src/arrow/dev/tasks/conda-recipes/.ci_support/linux_aarch64_python3.6.____cpython.yaml --clobber-file /drone/src/arrow/dev/tasks/conda-recipes/.ci_support/clobber_linux_aarch64_python3.6.____cpython.yaml --output-folder /drone/src/build_artifacts

takes over 20 minutes.

 

Most of the time seems to be spent in various conda commands.  I notice that mamba is installed but tools like `conda build` don't use it.  I don't know how stable it is but maybe boa (mamba replacement for conda build) could help?
