Description

With ARROW-11973 a bug got introduced which causes the boolean kleene kernels (or_kleene and and_kleene) to not iterate over the entire batch, but only the remainder bits.

The scenario can be reproduces with batch sizes that are multiples of 64 (no remainder) and present validity bitmaps.
