Description

Appveyor build matrix to be extended with following jobs:

• Toolchain job with libs installed from conda
• Release/Debug jobs to build Arrow and Arrow's 3rd party dependencies from sources
• Job to build with NMake Makefiles cmake generator (Visual Studio 14 2015 Win64 generator is used in all others jobs)
