[ARIES-1835] TestFastbinRoundTrip fails in a high percentage of the builds

Description

TestFastbinRoundTrip often fails. This seems to be caused by the server side not being ready in time.

We should fix this by retrying the call a few times. I will add awatility support to make this easier.
