archetype generate does not translate correctly accentuated characters

      Description

      Generating archetype do not preserve accentuated characters.

      � for "é"

      The archetype:create work fine and does not alter accentuated characters

        well, just try to put some characters like 'é' or 'à'or 'ç' in a java file (like comments or a string declaration), the phase archetype:create don't change them, but the archetype:generate translate them into "klingon" !
