ResponseCorrelator transport is not stopped when Connection is closed

    Description

      When the Connection is closed, it calls the transport.Dispose() method, but fails to first call the transport.Stop() method. This will bypass shutting down a ResponseCorrelator transport layer, leaving it to block waiting for a response that will never come.
