ActiveMQ client should throw the InvalidClientIDException from CheckConnected when broker reports the Id as invalid.

    Description

      When the Connection class enters the loop in CheckConnected and it gets an ExceptionResponse from the broker that indicates that the client Id is invalid it should throw that error instead of the ConnectionClosedException it throws in all cases right now if the request fails.
