Major Description
The current implementation of the MessageDispatchChannel class can miss enqueue events due to the incorrect use of the WaitHandle and can at times cause a Consumer to wait unnecessarily when there is in fact a Message on the Queue. The class needs to be rewritten to address these issues, this should improve performance of the NMS.Stomp quite a bit, its painfully slow right now.
