[AMQ-9014] ACTIVEMQ does not start

*System Oper RedHat Enterprise Linux 9 x64 Gui without any recourse

*Java jdk 8u333 linux-x64

*Activemq: 5.15.13 

*OJDBC8.jar

Description

My ACTIVEMQ does not start, when I use the command: (./activemq start xbean:/opt/apache-activemq-5.15.13/conf/activemq-security.xml) and credentials-enc.properties this happens (log):
