https://activemq.apache.org/jdbc-support website has broken links for SQL Server and Sybase

I am hoping to find a page that like https://activemq.apache.org/kahadb but for MS SQL Server to list my options

Finding more and more broken links, this is really blocking my efforts to install ActiveMQ..
