[AMQ-6458] receives same message several time in same time

Description

After dealing with an issue on our production platform, i saw that ActiveMQ send me several time a same message for a specific topic.
I'm using a subscription with QoS 0.

i used mosquitto_sub to isolate my troubles and several time per day i receive something like that :
