Description

i created a cluster of 2 instances of ActiveMQ A & B.
i subscribe on a topic from both instances.
i publish a retained message M from A.
it displays M on my 2 subscriptions A & B.
i stop my subscription and re-start it on A ... OK, i re-receive M.
i stop my subscription and re-start it on B ... OK, i re-receive M.

i stop A.
i stop my subscription and re-start it on B ... nothing appears.
i re-start A.
i start my subscription on A... nothing appears.
