[AMQ-6315] activemq replicated levelDB with zookeeper can not visited?

Environment

I have 3 zookeeper machines and 3 activemq machines.
here is the configuration.
jdk1.7.0_79 activeMq-5.13.3 zookeeper-3.4.6
