[AMQ-5731] AMQP: corrupted incoming frame can cause the connection to drop but not be unregistered on the Broker.

Description

If a corrupted AMQP frame arrives after a connection is opened the Transport is stopped but the Connection is not unregistered with the Broker meaning a client with the same container ID can never connect again until the Broker is restarted.
