    Description

The pathCanonical method does not work as expected for directories that contain either single characters or 2 characters. This is caused by the following entry -

      echo "${dst}" | sed -e 's#//#/#g' -e 's#/./#/#g' -e 's#/[^/]*/../#/#g'

This can be resolved with the following changes -

      echo "${dst}" | sed -e 's#//#/#g' -e 's#/\./#/#g' -e 's#/[^/]*/\.\./#/#g'

      Example, before and after -

      # echo /1/2/3/4/11/22/33/44/.././x | sed -e 's#//#/#g' -e 's#/./#/#g' -e 's#/[^/]*/../#/#g'
      /2/22/../x

      # echo /1/2/3/4/11/22/33/44/.././x | sed -e 's#//#/#g' -e 's#/\./#/#g' -e 's#/[^/]*/\.\./#/#g'
      /1/2/3/4/11/22/33/x
